2018 Bracket Pool
$10 per bracket 50/50 Pool Split
- We are using Poolhost.com
- Paid entries will get an email invitation to set up their bracket(s) online.
- When you get your invitation, feel free to set up your pool host account and familiarize yourself with the site.
- You can start filling out your bracket(s) after Selection Sunday on March 11th.
- Brackets must be entered no later than 12:15pm on March 15th.
- No changes or entries are allowed after the deadline.
- Unpaid brackets will be deleted. Don’t enter more brackets than paid for.
- We are not counting “First 4”/Play in games.
- Round 1 (64 teams) – 1 Point per game (32 total points)
- Round 2 (32 teams) – 2 points per game (32 total points)
- Round 3 (sweet 16) – 4 points per game (32 total points)
- Round 4 (elite 8) – 8 points per game (32 total points)
- Round 5 (final 4) – 16 points per game (32 total points)
- Round 6 – Final – 16 points total
- Tie Break – Estimate total points scored in final

The 21st Annual After Prom Indoor Flea Market and Craft Fair will be held this year on:
Sunday, April 8th from 9am-2:30pm at West Geauga Middle School – 8611 Cedar Road, Chesterland, OH 44026 (behind the high school and stadium)
Donation drop off day is Saturday, April 7th from 9am-3:00pm.
Save your gently used household items to donate to After Prom.
Please NO large CRT-type TVs/computer monitors, broken/out of date electronics, exercise equipment or clothing.
Want to make a little extra $$ by selling those items you just don’t need anymore? Got a service or product you want to sell?

The McGinty family has finally put their home up for sale. For at least 10 years, their barn has been home to years of materials used by the After Prom committees.
This past fall we were very fortunate to have two families volunteer to remove the majority of the large materials from the barn. The only remaining items are small items that are reused each year. We need to remove the remaining items from the location on Pekin Road and move it to the new smaller location on Sherman Road.
We are asking anyone who has a pickup truck, mini van, or even a car to help make one or two trips from the old barn to the new one. Over the next few weeks when its nice out, simply go to the Pekin barn load up your vehicle and go to the Sherman barn. If many of us do this, the barn should be emptied very quickly.
I know many of you are saying “why do I have to do this?” Well it’s not fair to the McGinty’s who have been so generous to us to have to deal with our mess. We can do the right thing and help out for an hour or two.
Please consider helping! The McGinty’s live at 9399 Pekin Road. We can access the barn anytime. The barn at 9744 Sherman is owned by Irene McMullen 440-796-6825. Make sure to call Irene so she knows you are coming.
I hope you will consider helping with this task.

Watch for your invite in the mail and purchase your tickets the week of April 5th-8th! On sale at the HS during lunch periods and on Saturday at the Spirit Shop.
American Commodore Tuxedo will be at West Geauga High School during lunch on April 12th and 13th, 2017!
This is a service provided by American Commodore. It is not a school-sponsored service.
Back by popular demand, American Commodore Tuxedo will be available during lunch periods to measure students who are interested in renting tuxedos for the 2017 Prom.
Renting your tux through this service will save you money, time and gasoline as these tuxedo rentals are ordered, picked up and returned at school (may also return tuxedos at After Prom) – No driving around town!
