WGAP Flea Market Vendor Form
The 19th Annual After Prom Indoor Flea Market and Craft Fair will be held this year on Sunday, March 6, 2016 from 9am-2:30pm at West Geauga Middle School. Donation drop off day is Saturday, March 5th.
Save your gently used household items to donate to After Prom. Please NO large CRT-type TVs/computer monitors, broken/out of date electronics or clothing.
We are now taking reservations for booth space for this event, which traditionally brings over 1,000 attendees. The flea market will again be held at the West Geauga Middle School, 8611 Cedar Road, Chesterland, Ohio on Sunday, March 6, 2016 from 9:00 a.m to 2:30 p.m. Set up will be on Saturday, March 5, 2015 from 1:00 to 5:00. We are offering booth space for $25.00 for an area that is 10 ft x 10 ft, or two adjoining spaces for the same vendor for $40.00. Click on link above for registration form!

Senior Parents, we need you, ALL of you! “Many hands make light work” has never been so true. You don’t have to chair a committee, just volunteer to help any of them in any way. Check out the “Committees” link to the left to see what you can help with. If you have any questions, just email the chairperson or email@example.com
Another important item is to follow After Prom on social media. If you are on Facebook or Twitter, LIKE our Facebook page and FOLLOW us on Twitter. And SHARE us with all of your Senior (and Junior) class parents. It’s a great way to get the word out. We’re all on our phones/tablets/computers on social media, why not make it work for us?
We still need leaders for the following:
Fundraising – share a good idea or even better, head up or help with a fundraiser!
Business Donations – we have a great community of business owners. Consider calling or sending out mailers for donations.
Entertainment – coordinate the activities for the evening to include the rental of games, inflatable, DJ, Etc. We have no one for this and this is HUGE!
Casino – plan, budget, staff and set up casino games. Again, we have no one for this.
Our next meeting will be to brainstorm decorating ideas for this year’s theme! Join us on Tuesday, October 20th at 7pm in the WGHS library.
We will also be finalizing the budget for the year and hopefully filling those final committee chairs that are currently empty.
Bring a friend and lots of ideas! (Don’t know what the theme is? You’ll have to come to find out!)
We try to keep the theme a surprise for our Seniors so come to our next meeting on Tuesday, October 20th, 7:00pm in the HS Library to start working on ideas to make this After Prom the best one yet!
